The Accessible Canada Act (ACA) is a federal law aimed at promoting accessibility and removing barriers for people with disabilities by 2040.

As a result, federally regulated employers must implement an Accessibility Plan by June 1st, 2023. (If you have fewer than 100 employees, you have until June 1st, 2024.)
