To celebrate our 7th anniversary, we gathered with our team across Canada for a retreat… IRL!!! Nothing is better than connecting with your people. We strategized, bonded with one another, met new (!!!) team members, and set our intentions for the year ahead together.

Our theme for this retreat was “Getting to Green: Building a Foundation for Resilient Growth”. After 7 years of hard work to achieve stability, we are now gearing up for growth. Intentional, sustainable, resilient growth.

And to do this, your foundation – your people – needs to be strong. When your foundation is strong, you can start working towards resilient growth, together.
