I am on a mission to make businesses human. Raised in a family-owned trucking business, I saw firsthand the difficulties that organizations have with building and retaining great teams. While leading business development for a recruitment agency, I realized that the traditional recruitment agency model provides band-aid solutions, outdated value propositions, and limited ROI. I knew there had to be a better way.
That’s why I built Envol, a boutique talent acquisition and employee experience firm. We democratize your access to talent acquisition solutions, helping you leverage business intelligence and build muscle internally to drive your growth.
When I’m not building people strategies and driving the future of work, I advocate for local initiatives with organizations like the Vancouver Aquarium, Young Women in Business and my newly launched charitable platform, PHIL.gives. I am a passionate connector, avid wine collector, and enthusiastic celebrator.
