Her passion lies in focusing on human-centred marketing and treating her audience like people, not clicks, through active storytelling. When she’s not strategizing the day away, you can find her on stage in local Vancouver theatre productions or cooking up a dinner party for too many people in her tiny apartment.

Denisa is a Communicator with an exceptional ability to tell stories, strategize and influence change. Her expertise spans from brand management, to digital media, to public affairs, yet her heart skips a beat when delivering creative projects that drive the bottom line. She currently works at Teekay crafting narratives for their global audiences and manages the entire web ecosystem as the external voice of the $12 billion company. Though no day is ever the same, Denisa tackles each day with passion, curiosity and a healthy dose of self-deprecating humour. In her free time, you can find her practicing her calligraphy chops or planning her next travel adventure.

Talent Acquisition Manager at Earls Kitchen + Bar

Nichole Marshall is the Talent Acquisition Manager at Earls Kitchen + Bar. She is passionate about connecting people to a company that enables them to discover their full potential.

Starting out as a hostess in 2006 to now working within Earls Head Office, Nichole has discovered for herself what it feels like to be empowered, challenged, respected, and purposeful in a workplace – all while having many laughs.

Nichole attributes her Communications Degree, along with the personal development she is exposed to at Earls, as a driver to impact many people’s lives whether they are with Earls for 6 months or 16 years.

Marketing Operations Specialist at Nurse Next Door

Lauren started working at Nurse Next Door shortly after graduation as a Care Services Specialist where she experienced first-hand what it was like speaking to clients and caregivers looking for home care. Since then, she has transitioned into different roles in the company working as Nurse Next Door’s Social Media & Content Coordinator and Social Community Specialist where she focused on driving the company’s social media presence and content strategies. Her newest role is Marketing Operations Specialist where she focuses on developing systems and resources to improve efficiencies, while supporting Franchise Partners to drive results.

Employer branding and visual storytelling has been a large focus for Nurse Next Door. Lauren is very passionate about this topic, especially seeing its impact on recruiting and online brand awareness. In her spare time, she enjoys swimming, learning new recipes to cook and spending time with her husband, family and friends.
